The Flood Warning continues for
  The Rockaway River at Boonton Below the Reservoir.
* At 9:30 PM, the river level was 5.28 feet.
* Flood stage is 5.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 5.5 feet
  overnight. The river should fall back below flood stage on
  Saturday afternoon.
* Impact...At 6.0 feet...Flooding occurs on Vail Road in Montville.
  The road heading into Parsippany is subject to closures.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 5.5
  feet on March 30, 1994.
