The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Central Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 1100 PM EST.

* At 504 PM EST, river gauges along the Pequest River indicated that
  minor flooding occuring along Pequest River due to the heavy rain
  that fell earlier today. Minor roadway flooding for areas along
  the river will be possible. The river should slowly fall through
  the evening hours.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Belvidere, Oxford, Great Meadows-Vienna and Allamuchy-Panther
  Valley.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
