...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch for portions of Delaware, northeast Maryland, New
Jersey, and southeast Pennsylvania has been cancelled. Widespread
rain has left the region, and we are not expecting a widespread
flooding threat anymore. Please continue to heed any river flood

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST SATURDAY...

The Flood Watch continues for

* Portions of northern New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including
the following areas, in northern New Jersey, Sussex and
Warren. In Pennsylvania, Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, and
  Northampton.

* Until 1 AM EST Saturday

* Storm total rainfall of 2 to 3 inches, with locally higher
  amounts possible.

* Rain will continue at times through the evening. The ground is
already saturated, so any additional rain will quickly become
runoff and exacerbate ongoing flooding issues.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.
