The Flood Warning continues for
  The East Branch Brandywine Creek at Downingtown.
* until this afternoon...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 8:45 AM Friday the stage was 8.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage this
  afternoon.
* Impact...At 9.0 feet...High water on the Brandywine sends
  backwater up Beaver Creek. Beaver Creek floods inundating parks
  and the Downingtown Little League fields.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 8.9
  feet on Oct 11 2013.
