  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Central Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1230 PM EST.

* At 813 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  up to two inches of rain have fallen since yesterday. The flood
  warning has been extended. Additional rain is expected today.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Reading, Lehighton, Montague, Mount Pocono, Wyomissing,
  Northampton, East Stroudsburg, Tobyhanna, Blairstown, Palmerton,
  Bangor, Birdsboro, Kutztown, Jim Thorpe, Hamburg, Slatington,
  Fleetwood, Sinking Spring and Laureldale.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
