* Flood Warning for
  The Chester Creek at Chester.
* until this evening...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 5:01 AM Friday the stage was 7.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by this morning and continue to rise to near
  9.8 feet by late this morning. The river will fall below flood stage by this
  afternoon.
* Impact...At 10.5 feet...Flood damage, adjacent to the creek, begins in the
  city of Chester.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.5 feet on Mar 13
  2010.
