* Flood Warning for
  The East Branch Brandywine Creek at Downingtown.
* until this afternoon...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  7:01 AM Sunday the stage was 6.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by this morning and continue to rise to near
  7.2 feet by late this morning.the river will fall below flood stage by late
  this morning.
* Impact...At 8.0 feet...Dowlin Forge Road begins to flood.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 7.0 feet on Aug 4
  2018.
