...Locally dense fog through this morning...

Locally dense fog has developed this morning across portions of
Delaware and eastern Maryland. Visibilities have dropped to around
a mile or less with some areas dropping to around a quarter of a
mile. The fog may persist through much of the morning before
starting to dissipate.

Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to
the dense fog. Drive at reduced speeds, watch for children at
school bus stops, leave extra space between you and the car in
front of you, and use low beam headlights only.
