Snow accumulating 1-2 inches on Thursday, however 3 inches possible
across the higher elevations of mostly the Poconos. The snow may
arrive early enough in the Poconos with slippery conditions
developing during the morning commute.

Rainfall of 1 to 2 inches could fall between Friday night and Sunday.
Some flooding impacts are possible.
