* At 11:15 AM Sunday the stage was 19.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 19.3 feet after midnight
  tonight. Additional rises may be possible thereafter.
* Impact...At 19.5 feet...Horseneck Road in Fairfield is subject to flooding and
  closures.
