...Locally dense fog this morning...

Surface observations and webcams indicate locally dense fog has
developed near the coast of Delaware Bay and in portions of
southern New Jersey. This may continue for much of the morning.

For the most part, visibilities are a mile or higher in the
Philadelphia metropolitan area and in central New Jersey, but
conditions may deteriorate in spots periodically through the
morning hours.

If driving, slow down, use low-beam headlights, and maintain extra
distance from other vehicles.
