...Locally dense fog this morning...

Surface observations and webcams from western Chester County
southward into the Eastern Shore of Maryland indicate locally
dense fog has developed, especially along the immediate coast of
Chesapeake Bay. This fog may persist through much of the morning. If
driving, slow down, use low-beam headlights, and maintain extra
distance from other vehicles.
