The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 915 AM EDT.

* At 508 AM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in Berks and
  Montgomery Counties, with several roads closed in Amity,
  Washington, and Cumru Townships in Berks County and in Pottstown,
  Schwenksville, and Upper Hanover Township in Montgomery County.
  The East Branch Brandywine Creek in Chester County remains
  elevated at this time as well, while the Perkiomen Creek at East
  Greenville is at moderate flood stage currently. Flooding is
  expected to continue for the next few hours.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, West Chester, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Wyomissing,
  Downingtown, Souderton, Birdsboro, Collegeville, Kutztown,
  Royersford, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring, Laureldale, Trappe, East
  Greenville, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown and Topton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
