...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 AM EDT FOR CENTRAL
SUSSEX COUNTY...

At 307 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Newton, Hopatcong, Mount Arlington, Franklin, Stanhope, Hamburg,
Netcong, Ogdensburg, Andover, Lake Mohawk, Greendell, Vernon Valley,
Highland Lake and Upper Greenwood Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
