  Northwestern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  West central Mercer County in central New Jersey...
  Southeastern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Central Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 315 AM EDT.

* At 1117 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain which will cause urban and small stream flooding in the
  advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen across
  the western suburbs of Philadelphia.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Wilmington, West Chester, Bensalem, Ewing,
  Norristown, Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton, Westtown,
  Doylestown, Byram, Conshohocken, Hatboro, Ambler, Swarthmore,
  Elsmere, Kennett Square, Oxford and Jenkintown.

Additional rainfall of one inch is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
