  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 100 PM EDT.

* At 955 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that moderate to heavy rain
  was continuing to fall in parts of southeastern Pennsylvania.
  Minor flooding is possible on roadways and in areas of poor
  drainage. Over an of inch of rain has already fallen in spots.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Wilmington, West Chester, Norristown, Chester,
  Phoenixville, West Norriton, Yeadon, Westtown, Downingtown,
  Conshohocken, Folcroft, Swarthmore, Elsmere, Kennett Square,
