The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Southwestern Cape May County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 500 AM EDT.

* At 103 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Cape May, North Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, Sea Isle City, Avalon,
  West Cape May, Stone Harbor, Cape May Court House, Scotch Bonnet,
  Diamond Beach, Green Creek, Goshen, Rio Grande, North Cape May,
  Villas, West Wildwood, Erma and Whitesboro-Burleigh.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
