...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT CENTRAL KENT COUNTY...

At 949 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Rising
Sun-Lebanon, or near Dover, moving east at 15 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this storm.

This storm will be near...
  Bowers around 1010 PM EDT.
  Big Stone Beach around 1015 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Highland Acres,
Felton, Rodney Village, Woodside East, Frederica, Wyoming, Little
Creek, Kent Acres, Magnolia and Riverview.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is also occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
