...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN MORRIS AND
SOUTHEASTERN SUSSEX COUNTIES...

At 413 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Greenwood Lake to Newton. Movement
was east at 15 mph.

Winds up to 45 mph are possible with these storms.

These storms will be near...
  Upper Greenwood Lake around 420 PM EDT.
  Franklin around 440 PM EDT.
  Green Pond and Lake Telemark around 500 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include White Meadow Lake.

Torrential downpours are occurring with these storms, and may cause
localized flooding in poor drainage areas. Do not drive your vehicle
through flooded roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning are also occurring with these
storms. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek
a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
