...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN CECIL AND
SOUTHWESTERN CHESTER COUNTIES...

At 320 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Quarryville, or
11 miles southeast of Willow Street, moving east at 25 mph.

Winds up to 45 mph are possible with this storm.

This storm will be near...
  Glen Roy around 330 PM EDT.
  Mount Vernon around 335 PM EDT.
  Oxford and Homeville around 340 PM EDT.
  Parkesburg and Cochranville around 345 PM EDT.
  West Grove around 355 PM EDT.
  Ladenberg and North Star around 400 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Toughkenamon, South
Coatesville, Modena, Avondale, Thorndale, Atglen and Christiana.

Torrential downpours are occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding in poor drainage areas. Do not drive your vehicle
through flooded roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is also occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
