  Southern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 500 AM EDT.

* At 1254 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across far southeast Pennsylvania, northeast Maryland,
  northern Delaware, and southwest New Jersey. This will cause urban
  and small stream flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Newark, Elkton, Calvert, Chester, Pennsville, Yeadon,
  Westtown, Carneys Point, Folcroft, Swarthmore, Elsmere, Kennett
  Square, New Castle, Penns Grove, Salem, Oxford, North East, West
  Grove and Rising Sun.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
