  Southwestern Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  Northeastern Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...
  North central Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 300 AM EDT.

* At 1058 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Morristown, Somerville, Somerset,
  Edison, Bridgewater, Carteret, Madison, Middlesex, Florham Park,
  East Hanover, Bound Brook, Manville, Chatham, Byram, Washington,
  Fairfield, Morris Plains and Mendham.
