...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN CARBON AND NORTHERN
MONROE COUNTIES...

At 804 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Blakeslee, or
14 miles west of Mount Pocono, moving northeast at 30 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Mount Pocono, Tobyhanna, Pocono Pines, Pocono Raceway, Lake Harmony,
Skytop, Mountainhome, Canadensis, Alpine Mountain, Blakeslee, Long
Pond, Albrightsville, Paradise Valley, Gouldsboro State Park,
Arrowhead Lake and Cresco.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for
northeastern Pennsylvania.
