FOR SOUTHEASTERN BERKS...NORTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY...LEHIGH...
SOUTHEASTERN CARBON...NORTHWESTERN BUCKS...NORTHEASTERN CHESTER...
SOUTHWESTERN MONROE AND SOUTHWESTERN NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES...

At 735 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Meckesville to Kunkletown to near Emmaus to
Cedarville, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Public. Several reports of downed trees have been received
         near Reading during the past half hour.

IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Allentown, Reading, Bethlehem, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Emmaus,
Wyomissing, Northampton, Quakertown, Hellertown, Nazareth, Palmerton,
Birdsboro, Kutztown, Royersford, Slatington, Fleetwood, Sinking
Spring, Laureldale and Trappe.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

To report severe weather contact your nearest law enforcement agency.
They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in
Mount Holly NJ.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
