...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SUSSEX AND NORTHEASTERN
WARREN COUNTIES...

At 657 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Dingmans Ferry to near Five Points.
Movement was northeast at 35 mph.

Winds up to 45 mph and pea size hail are possible with these storms.

These storms will be near...
  Crandon Lakes around 700 PM EDT.
  Newton around 705 PM EDT.
  Hainesville around 710 PM EDT.
  Montague, Ogdensburg and Branchville around 715 PM EDT.
  Pellettown around 720 PM EDT.
  Port Jervis, Franklin, Hamburg, Sussex and High Point around 725
  PM EDT.
  Vernon Valley and Highland Lake around 730 PM EDT.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is also occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

These storms were once severe with a history of producing wind
damage across the Lehigh Valley. These storms may re-intensify, so
be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television
stations for additional information and possible warnings from the
National Weather Service.
