CARBON...SOUTH CENTRAL MONROE AND WEST CENTRAL NORTHAMPTON
COUNTIES...

At 536 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Claussville, or
7 miles west of Allentown, moving northeast at 30 mph.

Winds up to 50 mph and pea size hail are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Allentown, Bethlehem, Northampton, Nazareth, Slatington, Bath,
Walnutport, Belfast, Tatamy, Steuben, Kunkletown, Neffs, Coffeetown,
Rossland, Berlinsville, Emerald, Claussville, Danielsville,
Beersville and Schnecksville.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for
eastern and northeastern Pennsylvania.
