The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  South central Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Central Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 800 PM EDT.

* At 454 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of slow moving
  heavy rain that will cause minor flooding. Up to one inch of rain
  has already fallen in areas of heaviest rain, with the heaviest
  occurring in portions of western Northampton County.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Northampton, Nazareth, Palmerton, Jim Thorpe, Slatington, Wind Gap,
  Bath, Walnutport, Belfast, Tatamy, Danielsville, Kunkletown,
  Beltzville State Park, Rossland, Berlinsville, Beersville,
  Bowmanstown, Stockertown, Parryville and Chapman.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
