* Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage later this
  afternoon or evening.
* Impact...At 13.5 feet...Businesses on Delaware Route 7 begin
  to flood.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.3
  feet on Feb 22 2003.
