The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for Poor Drainage Areas
  for...
  Northwestern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 245 PM EDT.

* At 1137 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain which will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to
  1.5 inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Mount Laurel, Willingboro, Lumberton, Burlington, Mount Holly,
  Beverly, Ramblewood, Jacksonville, Marlton, Edgewater Park, Nws
  Office and Moorestown-Lenola.

Additional rainfall up to 1 inch is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding in poor drainage areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
