The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 115 PM EDT.

* At 913 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain due to slow-moving showers and thunderstorms. This will
  cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to
  two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Vineland, Chester, Deptford, West Deptford, Glassboro, Bellmawr,
  Woodbury, Pitman, Clayton, Paulsboro, Westville, Woodstown,
  Woodbury Heights, National Park, Swedesboro, Brooklawn, Elmer,
  Franklinville, Beckett and Olivet.

Additional rainfall of less than one inch is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
