...Patchy fog will reduce visibilities through the early morning
hours...

Patchy fog has developed in portions of the Lehigh Valley, the
northwest suburbs of Philadelphia, northern New Jersey, and the
Pine Barrens. Local reductions of visibility to a mile or less
have been reported by automated gauges during the past hour. These
conditions are expected to persist through 8 am before fog
gradually dissipates thereafter.

If traveling, expect rapid changes in visibility through the early
morning hours. Slow down, use low-beam headlights, and maintain
extra distance from other vehicles.
