COUNTIES...

At 919 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area.  Flash flooding can be expected in
the heaviest rain bands..

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Easton, Talbot, Milford, Denton, Harrington, Lewes, Federalsburg,
Greensboro, Oakland, Ridgely, Trappe, St. Michaels, Preston, Queen
Anne, Smithville, Grasonville, Starr, Copperville, Cape Henlopen
State Park and Jumptown.
