  Central Cumberland County in southern New Jersey...
  Salem County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 1215 AM EDT.

* At 907 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain had moved
  south of the area, with light to moderate rain now moving through.
  While the threat of flash flooding has diminished, minor flooding,
  such as roadway and poor drainage flooding, is still possible.
  This flood advisory has been issued to replace the flash flood
  warning that was allowed to expire.

* Some locations that could experience minor flooding include...
  Vineland, Millville, Middletown, Elkton, Pennsville, Smyrna,
  Chestertown, Salem, Woodstown, Alloway, Clayton, Quinton, Delaware
