* At 849 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain has moved
  out of the area. However...some risidual flooding continues in
  parts of the area due to heavy rain earlier in the day. The flood
  advisory therefore remains in effect until midnight.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  West Chester, Norristown, Chester, Pottstown, Phoenixville,
  Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton, Coatesville, Yeadon,
  Westtown, Downingtown, Conshohocken, Hatboro, Souderton, Folcroft,
