  Southwestern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northwestern Kent County in central Delaware...
  Northeastern Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 915 PM EDT.

* At 518 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms in eastern Cecil County and central New Castle
  County moving southeast at 20 MPH. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches
  per hour have been reported. This will cause minor flooding in the
  advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Middletown, Smyrna, Chestertown, Clayton, Delaware City, Cheswold,
  Rock Hall, Church Hill, Cecilton, Millington, Sudlersville,
  Betterton, Warwick, Old Town, Woodland Beach, Bohemias Mills,
  Newtown, Port Penn, Brantwood and Morgnec.
