The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  Western Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 800 PM EDT.

* At 500 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving east from northern Delaware. Rainfall rates
  of one to two inches per hour have been reporte. This will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, West Deptford, Glassboro, Pennsville, Pitman, Clayton,
  Carneys Point, Paulsboro, New Castle, Penns Grove, Salem,
  Woodstown, Alloway, Quinton, Swedesboro, Elmer, Hancocks Bridge,
  Newport Meadows, Beckett and Olivet.
