The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  South central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 715 PM EDT.

* At 417 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving into the area from the west. Rainfall rates
  between one and two inches per hour have been reported. Minor
  flooding...including roadway and poor drainage flooding...will
  result from this rain as it moves through the area during the next
  couple of hours.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Newark, Elkton, Havre De Grace, Calvert, Pennsville,
  Carneys Point, Elsmere, New Castle, Penns Grove, Oxford, North
  East, West Grove, Rising Sun, Delaware City, Charlestown, Newport,
  Arden, Blake and Stanton.
