  Northwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 545 PM EDT.

* At 349 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms over southern Berks County and extreme northern
  Montgomery County. Rainfall rates of one to two inches are
  possible, which will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Pottstown, Birdsboro, Kutztown, Fleetwood, East
  Greenville, Topton, Bally, Bechtelsville, Lyons, New Morgan,
