The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Atlantic County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 330 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain in Cape May County moving north. Rainfall rates between
  one and two inches per hour have been reported, and flash flooding
  can be expected as this rain moves over portions of Atlantic
  County already wet from previous rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Atlantic City, Pleasantville, Hammonton, Somers Point, Ventnor
  City, Brigantine, Northfield, Absecon, Margate City, Buena, Egg
  Harbor City, Weymouth, Estell Manor, Port Republic, Longport,
  Corbin City, Elwood-Magnolia and Beesleys Point.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
