  thunderstorms moving into the area from the west and southwest.
  Minor flooding can be expected in the vicinity of the heaviest
  rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Morristown, Port Jervis, Newton, Montague, Dover, Madison,
  Hopatcong, Florham Park, East Hanover, Lincoln Park, Kinnelon,
