The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Cumberland County in southern New Jersey...
  Cape May County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 515 PM EDT.

* At 218 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms in northeast Sussex County moving across the
  Delaware Bay toward extreme southern New Jersey. Rainfall rates of
  one to two inches per hour can be expected as these storms move
  into New Jersey between now and 3 PM. Minor flooding in the form
  of roadway and poor drainage flooding can be expected.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Vineland, Millville, Ocean City, Cape May, Cumberland, Somers
  Point, North Wildwood, Laurel Lake, Wildwood Crest, Woodbine, Sea
  Isle City, Estell Manor, Avalon, West Cape May, Stone Harbor,
  Corbin City, Cape May Court House, Leesburg, Scotch Bonnet and
  Beesleys Point.
