...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT BERKS COUNTY...

At 325 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Spring Ridge,
or near Reading, moving east at 15 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Reading, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Kutztown, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring,
Laureldale, Wernersville, Topton, Leesport, Shoemakersville,
Bernville, Lyons, Lenhartsville, Spring Ridge, Fairview Hgts, Stowe,
Shillington, West Reading and Mount Penn.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
