...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 AM EDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN MONMOUTH COUNTY...

At 1216 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in
Middletown. Three to of four inches of rain have fallen.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Middletown, Red Bank, Keansburg, Highlands, Navesink, Lincroft,
Rumson, Little Silver and North Middletown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
