The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Monmouth County in central New Jersey...

* Until 1100 PM EDT.

* At 905 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen in spots.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Long Branch, Sandy Hook, Middletown, Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red
  Bank, Keansburg, Matawan, Highlands, Elberon, Navesink, Lincroft,
  Eatontown, West Long Branch, Keyport, Rumson, Little Silver,
  Oceanport, Shrewsbury and Deal.

Additional rainfall of one inch is possible over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
