The Flood Warning continues for
  The Schuylkill River at Norristown.
* At 7:30 PM the river level was 13.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall and it should return
  back below flood after midnight.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet, water covers Riverview Boulevard in
  West Norriton.
