The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Warning for...
  Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 1000 PM EDT Saturday.

* At 300 PM EDT, minor flooding was occurring along many small
  streams and creeks in Warren County and Sussex County. The
  flooding is due to runoff from last night's heavy rainfall.
  Stream and creek levels will fall slowly and most should return
  within their banks this evening.

* Some locations that are experiencing minor flooding include...
  Newton, Montague, Hopatcong, Hackettstown, Washington, Blairstown,
  Mount Arlington, Franklin, Stanhope, Hamburg, Netcong, Belvidere,
  Harmony, Oxford, Ogdensburg, Alpha, Sussex, Hope and Hampton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
