The Flood Warning continues for
  The Schuylkill River at Norristown.
* Until tonight.
* At 1:30 PM the river level was 13.36 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The river will crest near 13.4 feet late this
  afternoon. The river is froecast to fall back below flood stage
  tonight.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet, water begins to cover and close
  Riverview Boulevard in West Norriton.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of
  14.4 feet on Mar 11 2011.
