The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Northwestern Somerset County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 245 PM EDT.

* At 1044 AM EDT, rainfall has ended across the area. However,
  widespread rainfall amounts of two to three inches of rain fell
  across the area earlier. Several local creeks and streams continue
  to rise, including the Neshanic at Reaville which has exceeded
  flood stage as well as the North and South Branch Raritan River.
  Areas of residual flooding will continue for another couple of
  hours.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Somerville, Bridgewater, Manville, Byram, Flemington, High Bridge,
  Clinton, Glen Gardner, Hampton, Frenchtown, Lebanon, Milford,
  Califon, Bloomsbury, Stockton, Flagtown, Sergeantsville,
  Cloverhill, Annandale and White House Station.
