The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southern Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  North central Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 1215 PM EDT.

* At 818 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen is the last hour with additional rain falling.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Somerville, Somerset, Middlesex, Bound Brook, Manville, Rocky Hill,
  Millstone, Skillman, Belle Mead, Martinsville, Society Hill, South
  Plainfield, North Plainfield, Dunellen, Watchung and South Bound
  Brook.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
