...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 AM EDT FOR BERKS
COUNTY...

At 612 AM EDT, the public reported flooding across the warned area,
especially in South Heidelberg Township and near Reading. The heavy
rainfall was coming to an end, but residual flooding will continue
for the next couple of hours.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Reading, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Kutztown, Hamburg, Fleetwood, Sinking
Spring, Laureldale, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown, Topton,
Leesport, Shoemakersville, Bally, Bernville, Bechtelsville, Lyons,
Strausstown and Lenhartsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
